How to report an error
Write to team@netzeroniti.com. It helps to include:
- the indicator, as it appears here
- the figure shown, and the period it is shown against
- the official publication you believe is correct, with a link if you have one
Partial information is still worth sending. A note saying a number looks wrong is enough to prompt a check.
What happens next
The figure is read back against the publication it was taken from.
If it was transcribed, dated, or attributed incorrectly, it is corrected and the correction is recorded — including what it previously said.
If the figure matches its source and your source says something different, then two official publications disagree. That is not an error to be fixed; it is logged as a divergence and both figures are kept. Where the two turn out to be measuring different things, the record says so.
Nothing is deleted
Rows are corrected, superseded, or annotated. They are not removed. A figure that was published and later revised is part of the record of what was published, and the revision itself is often the more interesting fact.
The same applies to corrections raised here: the trail stays visible rather than being tidied away.
Coverage and other enquiries
Gaps are not errors — coverage follows what has been ingested so far, and it is uneven. If an official publication should be in the record and is not, that is worth sending too, and it goes onto the ingestion queue.
